Whilst renovating a property, I found I needed to obtain a party wall agreement on the request of a difficult neighbour. It is something of a minefield avoiding the ambulance chasers when searching for a surveyor for this type of agreement and I struggled to know who to approach. I was recommended to Ann Marie and I was not disappointed. She dealt with the agreement in a speedy and professional manner and I would have no reservations in recommending her services. Should I find I need another party wall agreement at a later date, I would not hesitate to use her again.
